Jeff King, president of International Christian Concern, is once again sounding the alarm on the Chinese Communist Party’s intensifying assault on religious freedom. Speaking to Breitbart News, King declared that under Xi Jinping, “there’s only room for one ‘pope’ — and he sits in Beijing, not Rome.”
He warned that the CCP’s brutal crackdown on Christianity is worsening, even as China’s Christian population—now estimated at 70 to 130 million—continues to grow, possibly surpassing the number of Communist Party members.
